Welcome to the very first bible study blog post! We are using a book to go along with this, it may not be necessary to use the book, but if you would like a copy we have got a bunch on hand to GIVE you so just let Danielle, Molly, or Brittany know!
It is winter time and doctors offices are bustling with sick people, rite aid is probably running out of flu shots, and Walmart is having to reorder tissues quicker than Usain Bolt runs a 40yd. dash! Anyway, we all know how it goes when a family member or someone at school is sick. You watch them as in slow motion blow their nose and suddenly feel like the next prime real estate for their germs, right?
Well let me ask you this. How would YOU define contagious?
Now look over this scripture:
42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. 44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
~Acts 2:42-47
